Eligibility Overview
DGSC serves families raising children with complex or medically fragile conditions who face financial, emotional, or logistical hardship as a result of their caregiving responsibilities. We primarily serve families in Georgia, though we are expanding our reach.

Tracheostomy - Ventilator dependency - Feeding tube/G-tube- Seizure disorders -Cerebral palsy Complex cardiac conditions. Neurological disorders. Other complex/medically fragile diagnoses
